We know that most of our patients are low income, essential workers, and suffer disproportionately from chronic illness. Their inability to take time off during the ongoing pandemic has meant an increased risk of both exposure to COVID-19 and complications if they do contract the virus. Our patients lack access to health insurance through their employers and government programs, so our clinic provides them with critical and comprehensive healthcare services. These services aim to manage their health, including their chronic conditions, and decreasing their risk to COVID-19.

This year, more than ever, we are reminded of how important our services are to the communities we serve. Like so many other organizations, COVID-19 has meant significant changes to our day-to-day operations. Supporters, like you, made it possible for us to adapt quickly and ensure continuity of care for our patients.
